Austin Hill lands multi-race Bennett Family of Companies backing for 2027

Bennett backs Hill

Bennett Family of Companies will stay with Richard Childress Racing in 2027 and will serve as a multi-race primary sponsor for Austin Hill and the No. 33 Chevrolet during Hill’s first full NASCAR Cup Series season. The renewed deal extends a partnership that began when Hill joined Richard Childress Racing in 2022, and it keeps Bennett attached to his move into NASCAR’s top series. Bennett has backed Hill from the start of his RCR run, including his development in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and his transition to the Cup Series. Bennett also sponsored Hill’s first Cup start with the team at Michigan International Speedway in 2022, giving the company a direct connection to the next step in his career. The agreement gives Hill continuity as he takes on a full-season Cup schedule, and it keeps the No. 33 aligned with a brand that has followed his climb through the RCR system.

Hill’s RCR rise

Hill has built a strong record with Richard Childress Racing since that partnership began. He has 16 series wins with the team, won the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series regular-season championship and reached the 2024 Championship 4. He also has 11 victories on drafting-style tracks with RCR, a total that surpassed the records held by Dale Earnhardt and Tony Stewart. That stretch has come with consistency as well. Hill made the playoffs in all five of his full seasons with Richard Childress Racing, a run that has kept him in the mix year after year. The numbers show a driver who has delivered in multiple settings, from the regular season to the postseason and from one track type to another. His success on drafting-style tracks has been one of the clearest markers of that rise, and his win total with the organization gives Bennett a sponsor tied to a proven RCR driver as he steps into the Cup Series on a full-time basis.

Childress and Hill respond

Richard Childress said Bennett has supported Hill “every step of the way,” a line that fits the company’s role in Hill’s development since 2022. Hill said he is excited to carry Bennett colors on the No. 33, putting the sponsor front and center as he continues his move up the ladder with RCR. The comments underline the continuity behind the announcement. That history gives the 2027 deal a familiar feel for both sides, with RCR keeping a long-term partner in place and Hill heading into the next phase of his career with a sponsor that has already been there for key steps along the way.
