("AltSportsData," "ASD," "NXTBets," "we," "us," or "our"), including nxtbets.com and altsportsdata.com.

NXTBets provides editorial content, statistical data, odds information, betting analysis, picks, affiliate links to licensed sportsbook operators, newsletter and email communications, and other interactive and non-interactive features related to alternative, action, and motorsport betting.

Our Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. Any links to sportsbook operators are affiliate referral links — if you click through and register with a sportsbook partner, we may receive a referral commission. Your relationship with any sportsbook is governed by that operator's own terms of service and is solely between you and that operator.

All content, features, and Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and governed by that party's terms and policies. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party offers or promotions.

We may receive compensation from sportsbook partners through affiliate programs. This compensation does not influence our editorial content, but we disclose this relationship for transparency.

7. Promotions, Contests, and Giveaways

From time to time, we may offer contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, or other promotions. Participation may require submission of personal information and will be governed by specific rules posted alongside the promotion. Where promotion-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules control.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification
