Bastianini joins Trackhouse
Enea Bastianini will join the Trackhouse MotoGP Team for the start of the 2027 MotoGP World Championship on a two-year deal, giving the team a proven rider as it plans for its next phase. Bastianini will leave Red Bull KTM Tech3 at the end of this year and begin working with Trackhouse at pre-season testing in Valencia after the 2026 season. His first season with Tech3 ended with a 14th-place finish in the riders’ championship, a result that reflected the challenge of settling into a new environment. One year before his first Tech3 season, he finished fourth in the riders’ championship while riding for Ducati, which showed the level he can reach when the package comes together. That mix of results gives Trackhouse both the upside and the recent struggles that come with his signing. The team is betting on the higher end of that profile.
