Top Fuel

Event Winner Odds

The 2026 season is the gift that keeps on giving to Shawn Langdon. He arrives in Norwalk leading the Top Fuel standings by 114 points and is the winningest driver in the class with four triumphs in the trunk. Langdon hasn’t missed a final since the Winternationals and appears tough to rein in after nine starts.

Doug Kalitta enters Norwalk as the second favorite, the same position he holds in the series. He snatched his only checkered flag at the 4-Wide Nationals, but has gone E3 or better in all but one event this term. Tony Stewart, his spouse, Antron Brown and Josh Hart join Kalitta with one win apiece. Pruett has impressed the most of the three this season, appearing in E3 or better on five occasions. She’s forged her way into two finals this season, prevailing once. Brown has the wind in his sails after registering his maiden scalp of the year two weeks ago.

After nine events, Shawn Langdon has reached 77.8% of the finals this season. The Californian has featured in seven E4 rounds in 2026, clinching the checkered flag in four of them. Langdon’s odds are reasonable, considering his dominant form, starting the weekend at +598 for the win, possibly paying out $139.60 on a $20.00 wager.

Fastest ET Odds

The year of “Langdon” continues, as we look ahead to the Top Fuel Fastest ET market. Shawn Langdon starts the 10th event on the calendar with five Fastest ET scalps to his name. His most recent came at the New England Nationals. Leah Pruett starts as our value pick in this market, entering at +999. Pruett has stopped the clock fastest on two occasions this year, and is fresh off the quickest ET award at the Thunder Valley Nationals. Doug Kalitta and Josh Hart complete the list of drivers to have registered the fastest time in qualifying, a feat they’ve each achieved once.

An all-female battle is our pick of the matchups in the Top Fuel class this weekend. Maddi Gordon starts as the favorite, but Leah Pruett has outperformed her across the campaign. Pruett has closed out six events with a better finish than Gordon, while the duo has exited in the same round on two occasions. The underdog has progressed to two finals in 2026, an achievement Gordon has yet to match.

Funny Car

Event Winner Odds

The competition is strong in the Funny Car department this year, in stark contrast to the utter domination of Austin Prock in 2025. Prock entered Victory Lane at this venue 12 months ago, but returns with only one victory and two E3 appearances this year. Three drivers in the bracket have won multiple events in 2026; among them is the favorite for the Norwalk Nationals, Ron Capps. The leader of the Funny Car series boasts a record of three finals this term, of which he’s won two. Capps has also only missed out on a semifinal or better in three events.

Matt Hagan arrives in Ohio as the second favorite, fresh off his second victory. Hagan has failed to enter E3 or better only three times since the Arizona Nationals, highlighting his consistency throughout the campaign. Chad Green is also a double winner, but has battled with consistency. He’s only appeared in two finals this year and boasts a 100% success rate in E4 showdowns. Capping off our list of FC potentials is outsider Jack Beckman at +983. He won his first round on the calendar at the New England Nationals and has raced in two finals in his previous three outings.

Expert Pick

Defending Champion Austin Prock piques our interest at +685 for top honors, but he hasn’t looked as comfortable behind the wheel as he did in 2025. Instead, we’re rewarding consistency, which Ron Capps has displayed in abundance. Capps has raced in three finals, notching up a 66.7% success rate this year, and we fancy him to get the job done in Ohio. Sportsbooks have the favorite at +633 for the triumph, potentially paying $146.60 for a $20.00 stake.

Fastest ET Odds

Jack Beckman has risen to form in recent rounds, and he’s not just a threat to his opponents but also the clock. Beckman has registered two fastest ETs in the Funny Car class. Both his successes arrived in recent rounds, giving him a 50% success rate in the past four events. Standings leader Ron Capps enters the contest as the favorite for the fastest time, after earning the achievement in 33.3% of his outings. Beyond the multi-winners,  Jordan Vandergriff and Matt Hagan report for duty with one Fastest ET award each

Funny Car rookie Jordan Vandergriff has seamlessly adapted to the class, already boasting two final appearances. He holds a 50% success rate in E4 showdowns, while his opponent this week, JR Todd, sits at zero. Vandergriff won the Southern Nationals and finished second in New England. His rival in the head-to-head battle is JR Todd, a driver whom he’s outclassed four times in 2026. On the contrary, Todd has only finished better than Vandergriff on two weekends.

Nine rounds of the 2026 NHRA series have passed, and Dallas Glenn has reached the final round in five of those. Of his five final appearances, Glenn has entered Victory Lane in three of them, making him the joint-winningest navigator in the competition. Joining him with three scalps is Matt Hartford, who has settled for a mixed bag of results this term. He’s pushed himself into four finals, prevailing 75% of the time. However, beyond his final appearances, Hartford has failed to progress beyond E1 in five starts. It’s all or nothing for the Arizonan.

Second favorite and Pro Stock Moto series leader, Greg Anderson, is the only other driver to win multiple events this season. He’s registered two victories across the campaign after appearing in five E4 rounds. Anderson has only missed out on a semifinal berth or better in 33.3% of all starts, reaffirming his consistency. The only other driver to taste success in this category is Aaron Stanfield, who hits the strip at +1204 for the Norwalk Nationals. Stanfield has surged into one final and one E3 round this year, but has found himself knocked out in E1 over 44% of the time.

The Pro Stock Moto category is one of the tougher classes to call, with multiple drivers in winning form. However, Dallas Glenn beats his competitors to the punch, based on his consistent form in 2026, including a 55.6% finals record in nine events. Glenn arrives at the starting line at +273, offering a prospective payout of $74.60 on a $20.00 bet.

Fastest ET Odds

Pro Stock leader Greg Anderson has his foot on the gas and is showing no signs of letting up. He’s stopped the clock fastest in six qualifying rounds this year, justifying his +194 odds in this market. Despite winning three rounds in 2026, Dallas Glenn has yet to register a fastest ET, yet punters still have faith in him, as he starts as the second favorite in this market. Greg Stanfield, Erica Enders, and Cody Coughlin are the only other navigators to have earned a Quickest ET award.

Over the last two seasons, we’ve become accustomed to seeing Gaige Herrera entering Victory Lane. While he did take top honors in the last run, he’s struggled this term, appearing in only two finals. Both his trips into E4 have resulted in victories, elevating him to the joint-winningest driver alongside Matt Smith, who is absent from proceedings this week, as he recovers from a recent gallbladder removal surgery. Smith is on a two-race unbeaten streak and will look to secure the hat-trick when he returns to the track in Sonoma in the middle of July.

While Herrera and Smith dominate the wins column, it’s Richard Gadson who tops the Pro Stock Moto standings. He’s only secured one title in 2026, but has appeared in four out of the six finals. He’s Mr. Consistent, but will want to shake that tag and increase his trips inside Victory Lane. John Hall is back in Norwalk to defend his title, but he’s been far off his best this term, earning a season’s best second in the opening event. Since then, he’s battled to go beyond E2.

Two riders stand out in the conversation for our expert pick, but only one can prevail. Gaige Herrera wins the race ahead of Richard Gadson, given his recent victory at the Thunder Valley Nationals and his triumph on this strip in 2024. Herrera arrives as the second favorite, priced at +352, potentially paying $90.40 on a $20.00 bet.

Fastest ET Odds

The Smith family has monopolized the Fastest ET category this year, racking up five of the six awards on offer. Angie Smith leads the way with three, translating to a 50% record across all race weekends. Angie is favorably priced at +438 and will carry the family’s flag in Ohio as Matt Smith recovers from surgery. Gaige Herrera bagged his maiden Fastest ET of the year at the Thunder Valley Nationals, elevating him into the second favorite in this market this time around.
