Texas Rattlers struck
PBR Teams’ Rattler Days presented by Germania Insurance opened as the ninth event of the 2026 season and started the final four-event stretch before the championship in Las Vegas. All 10 PBR Teams were competing across the three-day event at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, and Texas brought strong numbers into its home stop. The Rattlers owned an 11-1 all-time record at Dickies Arena, and they returned to Fort Worth after going 1-2 in Greensboro. They also carried a 12-1 all-time mark at Rattler Days after opening with a win over the Oklahoma Wildcatters. Daniel Keeping delivered the key ride, earning 90.25 points on Fury and pushing Texas past Oklahoma, 90.25-88.60. That result gave the Rattlers an early boost in a stretch where every ride mattered. Missouri and Nashville entered the event as the top two teams at 16-7, so the opening round already carried standings pressure. Texas met that challenge and kept its run at Dickies Arena moving in the right direction.
Missouri Thunder stayed
The Missouri Thunder held the top spot in the PBR Teams standings by beating the Arizona Ridge Riders 260.65-87.65. The Outlaws followed with a 264.55-172.95 win over the New York Mavericks, and that result moved Kansas City into eighth place. The Austin Gamblers added another strong score, defeating the Carolina Cowboys 269.10-178.65. Jose Vitor Leme turned in the Gamblers’ top ride with 91.10 points. The spread between the teams kept the standings in motion with every ride. Kansas City answered with a clear step forward in the table. Austin also added a clean result, and Leme’s ride gave the Gamblers the kind of standout effort that could shape a team score in a short event. The early returns showed how quickly the leaderboard could shift when a full slate of teams kept pushing through the three-day stop.
Florida Freedom finished
The Florida Freedom closed the opening group of results with an 89.60-0 win over the Nashville Stampede on Yan Victor Cunha’s late ride. Cunha finished the job for Florida and delivered the shutout, one of the sharpest results in the opening round. Florida did not need a high team total to secure the victory. It needed one clean ride at the right moment, and Cunha provided it. The score line left no doubt about the outcome and gave the Stampede a difficult start to the event. With Texas having protected home dirt, Missouri having stayed on top, Kansas City having climbed into eighth and Austin having posted a strong total, the first round at Rattler Days produced a full range of results. The event still had two more days to go, and the opening rides already showed how much could change as teams chased position in the run toward Las Vegas.
