Hard Rock renames Miami Grand Prix in 2027 title deal

NXTbets Pro | Published On: September 2, 2026

Hard Rock deal

Hard Rock International has agreed to a multiyear title sponsorship deal for the Miami Formula 1 race, and the event will take on a new name starting with the 2027 race, the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix. The change ends Crypto.com’s run as title sponsor after the company held those rights since the race debuted in 2022. Hard Rock is not new to the event. It has been a founding partner of the Miami Formula 1 weekend since the beginning, so the title sponsorship expands a relationship that was already in place when the race first joined the series. The Miami Grand Prix is entering its sixth edition, and the new deal gives Hard Rock a bigger role as the event moves into its next phase. The sponsorship ties the brand to the Miami race while shifting the official race identity to reflect the new partnership beginning in 2027.

Miami branding

Hard Rock’s footprint will grow across the Miami International Autodrome once the 2027 event arrives. The company’s branding will appear on the podium, at Fan Fest and on trackside signage. Hard Rock also will be part of the event logo, giving the sponsor a visible place in the race’s official presentation. The partnership reaches beyond the main branding elements. It includes live entertainment at the track and a revamp of the Hard Rock Beach Club for 2027. Hard Rock will continue operating live entertainment at the Beach Club as well, keeping that part of the Miami race weekend under its banner. Those additions connect the title deal to the fan-facing parts of the event, from the podium to the entertainment offerings around the circuit. The package gives the sponsor a presence in the places where the Miami Grand Prix has built much of its identity, and it ties the new name to the experience fans will see throughout race week.

Miami calendar

The Miami Grand Prix remains on the Formula 1 calendar through 2041, which gives the event a long runway inside the series. That commitment keeps the race in place well beyond the start of the Hard Rock title deal and long after the current title arrangement with Crypto.com ends. The timing matters because the Miami event is still relatively young. It debuted in 2022, and it is now heading into its sixth edition. Hard Rock’s role has grown over that same stretch, moving from founding partner to title sponsor under the new agreement. The race name will change in 2027, but the event itself stays anchored on the schedule for years after that. Formula 1’s long-term commitment and Hard Rock’s expanded involvement point to continuity at Miami International Autodrome, where the race will keep its place on the calendar through 2041.
