Types of Street League Skateboarding Bets
Street League Prop Bets
Proposition bets, aka Prop Bets, can either be based on skaters or the overall contest. They are also commonly referred to as player props or game props.
The player prop means that you’re betting on the skater’s performance, including how many tricks they can land during an event, for example.
The game prop, on the other hand, means betting on something to happen during an event. For example, the first skater to score a 6 or better on a Line, or the first skater to land a specific trick.
Street League Futures Bets
Futures bets are sometimes also known as Outrights. They involve predicting the outcome of an event well in advance of the event or competition – either days, weeks, or even months.
For example, you could bet on the skater who you think will be crowned the Street League World Champion before the first event has even begun!
Live Betting on Street League
Live skateboarding online betting can be incredibly exciting during Street League events. A live bet means that all bets count, even when the event has already started. As such, the odds can change depending on what happens during the event.

Some skaters will gravitate toward certain features, maybe preferring tricks over large gaps, or on hubba ledges. If a course has more of these features that a particular skater is comfortable with, it’ll increase their chances of winning tremendously.

Street League events & format
As you may have guessed, Street League focuses on the street skateboarding discipline. This entails a large course or plaza design with multiple features, including gaps, rails, ledges, and more. These course designs change at every stop, making each event exciting and unique. Street League also includes separate competitions for men and women.

Street League Skateboarding Event Overview
Street League Skateboarding events start with the Knock-Out Round, from which skaters advance to the Final. In the Knock-Out Round, skaters are grouped into heats of six. In each Heat, all athletes complete two Lines, and five individual tricks. A Line is a timed session in which the skater attempts as many tricks as possible throughout the park terrain. They are given a score out of a maximum possible 10 points on each Line.
Once each skater completes their two Lines, they alternate to attempt one individual trick each, until all skaters have attempted five total Tricks. Each trick is also scored out of a maximum possible 10 points. The skater’s total Heat Score is their best Line score plus their two best Trick scores, for a maximum possible of 30 points.
The skater with the most points in each of the four Heats advances to the Final, along with the winner of the previous event, who earns a place directly in the Final round. The last spot in the Final round is awarded to the skater with the highest Heat Score in the Knock-Out round who did not advance to the Final by placing first in their Heat.
The format for the Final round is the same as a Heat from the Knock-Out round, with the skater’s points determining their overall event place.
Street League Event Judging Criteria
The scoring of SLS events is determined by a panel of professional judges based on several criteria such as Degree of Difficulty and/or Originality of Trick, Performance and Style, and Spot and/or Obstacle. Of course, this all is determined while the skater is landing tricks throughout their allotted amount of time for each run.
