2026 SuperMotocross Perfect Picks Challenge

1. SPONSOR

The 2026 SuperMotocross Perfect Picks Challenge (“Promotion”) is sponsored by ALT Sports Data a California corporation, with a principal place of business at 5411 Avenida Encinas ste. 280 Carlsbad, CA 92008 (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with Feld Motor Sports, SuperMotocross, Monster Energy, or any race team, rider, or venue.

2. PROMOTION TYPE

This Promotion is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined by the accuracy of selecting official race winners. Chance is not a determining factor.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to:

• Legal residents of the United States
• Who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry

The following are not eligible:

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates
• Immediate family members or household members of the above

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Official Promotion Rules:  a. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. b. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner(s).

4. ENTRY

• Entry is free
• Limit one (1) entry per person
• To enter, submit a valid email address at nxtbets.com/million-dollar-challenge during the Promotion Period
• No automated, bulk, or third-party entries permitted

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on December 17, 2025 and ends prior to the start of Main Event start of the first official 2026 SuperMotocross round in Anaheim, CA on January 11th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All selections must be submitted before the Promotion Period ends. No changes or substitutions are permitted thereafter.

6. HOW TO PLAY

Entrants must select the predicted winner of each of the 31 official 2026 SuperMotocross rounds.

Official results, as published by the applicable governing body, will be final and binding for purposes of this Promotion.

7. PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE — PERFECT SEASON

One (1) Grand Prize is available.

• $1,000,000 USD, awarded as a 40-year annuity
• Payments of approximately $25,000 per year, before taxes
• Payments begin within 90 days after winner verification
• Prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative or acceleration

If more than one entrant correctly selects all 31 race winners, a tie-breaker question will determine the sole Grand Prize winner.

SECOND PRIZE — 25 CORRECT PICKS

One (1) Second Prize is available.

• All-expense-paid trip to the 2026 SuperMotocross Finals in Las Vegas, including:
  • Round-trip economy airfare (continental U.S. only)
  • Hotel accommodations (Sponsor-selected)
  • 2x Event tickets

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500

If more than one entrant selects exactly 25 correct winners, a tie-breaker question will determine the winner.

THIRD PRIZE — 16 CORRECT PICKS

Multiple Third Prizes may be awarded.

• NXTbets® branded t-shirts
• Style, size, and quantity determined by Sponsor
• ARV per prize: $25

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email within a reasonable time following the final race.

To claim a prize, winners must:

• Respond within seven (7) days
• Complete and return all required documentation, including an affidavit of eligibility and IRS Form W-9

Failure to comply will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

10. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes where required by law. Annuity payments will be reported annually.

11. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the skill of the participants.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

California residents may opt out where required.

13. PRIVACY

Sponsor will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair integrity
• Substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures or data errors
• Unauthorized human or mechanical interference
• Errors in race result publication
• Any injury or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.
