Dayne “Da Hawaiian Hitman” Viernes vs. Makini “Big Mak” Manu -Super Heavyweight Championship

Dayne Viernes has plied his trade in Power Slap for four years now, making him a striker worthy of a title. He clinched the belt in his last bout against the highly rated Russian, “Dumpling” Kamotsky. However, the markets believe his title is in jeopardy as he faces an unbeaten Makini Manu. He, too, faced Kamotsky in his last event and prevailed via decision. Manu has only left his fate to the judges in two out of his five PS victories. Viernes’ career record isn’t as clean as the challenger’s, with three triumphs in five professional bouts. But his chin is strong, and he’s never been knocked out.

Damien “The Bell” Dibbell vs. Darius “The Destroyer” Mata-Varona - Heavyweight Championship

Six fights into Damien Dibbel’s Power Slap career, and he’s yet to be defeated. He enters Las Vegas on Friday as the PS heavyweight title holder, and the markets back him to retain the honor against Darius Mata-Varona. “The Bell” snatched the heavyweight belt from Ron Bata in 2023, and he’s held the title ever since. Dibbel’s opponent, “The Destroyer,” clashes with Dibbel, holding a 50% win record in six PS encounters. He started slow in the promotion, losing three straight encounters, but he’s turned his form around, going unbeaten since 2024.

Vasilii "The Dumpling" Kamotskii vs. Eviahn "The Waterboy" Scott - Super Heavyweight Bout

After consecutive losses in the promotion, Vasilii Kamotskii is ready to correct course. The Russian arrives in Nevada as the favorite to see off the challenge from Eviahn Scott, a striker who has won once in three Power Slap appearances. “The Dumpling” has faced an uphill battle since clinching the super heavyweight belt from Layne Viernes in January last year. He proceeded to relinquish the title to Viernes’ younger brother Dayne in June, before following it up with another loss to Makini Manu. Despite the losses, no striker has ever managed to knock out Kamotskii in this promotion.

Expert Pick

Makini Manu arrives at Power Slap 19 as our expert pick. He’s unbeaten in his PS career and is currently on a five bout win streak, which dates back to 2024. The sportsbook has “Big Mak” at -125 for the super heavyweight title clash, potentially paying out $36.00 on a $20.00 wager.
