Hudson O’Neal took control of the Hawkeye 100 opener Friday night and never gave it back at Maquoketa Speedway. He outdueled Tim McCreadie and Brandon Sheppard in a three-wide fight for the lead, then pulled away to win the 40-lap Feature under green all the way to the checkered flag. The run gave O’Neal his sixth career World of Outlaws victory and his fourth in the K&L Rumley Enterprises No. 6. It also pushed his 2026 total to a career-high 16 wins.

McCreadie finished second after the late-race battle at the front. Ricky Thornton Jr. crossed in third, with Sheppard fourth and Nick Hoffman fifth.
