DGPT Swedish Open Pre-Event Odds

MPO Event Winner Odds

A heatwave has hit Europe and we’re not referring to the scorching temperatures. Instead we’re talking about Gannon Buhr who is sizlling, leading into the Swedish Open. He’s fresh off his six triumph of the year, and now leads the MPO DGPT World Standings by 524.11 points. The question is, can anyone break his three tournament winning streak?

Markets suggest that Buhr’s biggest challenge will come from Isaac Robinson, who is yet to lift silverware this season, but has finished runner-up on two occassions. Richard Wysocki registered his best return since Kansas City, last time out, settling for runner-up. He’s produced four top twos in 2026. including a victory in the season-opener.

MPO Expert Pick

Gannon Buhr is the clear choice for our expert pick, despite his shorter odds of +116 for the win. The Iowan averages 2.2 across 11 starts this season, boasting a 60% win rate in the last 10 tournaments. Wagering $20.00 on the Standings leader to prevail stands to possibly payout $43.20.

Top 3 Odds

Pre-event favorite, Gannon Buhr, is the only player in the field with negative odds, due to an 81.8% top two return in 11 appearances. Richard Wysocki returned to the top three in Estonia last weekend, marking the first time in five events. He’s recorded a 40% top three record so far this year and is worth a look at +271. Isaac Robinson is still searching for consistency, but we can’t ignore his three top threes this term.

Wysocki is followed by Niklas Anttila on the odds sheet at +294, boasting two top threes in his eight starts. Last weekend, he entered his first DGPT event since the Barbasol and strung together a tidy performance, eventually settling for ninth. Our sleeper for this market is Iowan, Gavin Babcock. He’s endured a rocky road this season, carding six returns outside of the top 20, but his fortunes have reversed in recent weeks. Babock enters Sweden with a 50% top three return in his previous four events. His recent run has elevated him to eighth in the standings.

Top 5 Odds

In his past five tournaments, Richard Wysocki has finished among the first five players three times. He’s also on a two-event top-five streak, but starts the Swedish Open at +173. On the opposite end of the consistency spectrum, Calvin Heimburg has faced a mixed bag of results. At times, he’s thrived, snatching five top fives, but he’s also finished outside of the top 10 in 54.5% of his 11 tournaments this campaign.

Sullivan Tipton starts after his worst result of the season, leaving him ground to make up in Sweden. However, he’s a three-time top-five finisher this year. Eagle McMahon and Gavin Babock enter as long shots in this category, despite arriving in Borås in form. McMahon tees off after three consecutive top fives, while McMahon has earned two in his previous four events.

Top 10 Odds

Anthony Barela hasn’t enjoyed his best season in 2026, but he’s shown glimpses of his class, racking up four trips inside the top 10. He’s achieved the feat in three of the past five events, but just missed out in Estonia, settling for 11th. Mauri Villmann appeared last weekend for the first time since Austin and earned his second top 10 of the term. One concern is that he’s fallen outside of the top 20 in four out of his seven tournaments.

Adam Hammes is one of a handful of players to have started every DGPT event this year, and he’s kept a tidy scorecard. The WIsconsinite has delivered a top 10 performance in 58.3% of his 12 appearances, but he’s missed the threshold in the previous three outings. Gavin Babock and Eagle McMahon round up our top 10 prospects, offering outstanding value for money. Babock is on an unbeaten run of four top tens, while McMahon enters off the back of three consecutive top ten finishes.

MPO H2H Odds

Our pick of the MPO matchups pits Adam Hammes against Mauri Villmann. The Estonian and Hammes have featured in the same field on eight occasions this year. Both players have outscored the other four times, yet Villmann is priced as the underdog at -104. Villmann and Hammes last met in Tallinn a week ago, and the local finished in a tie for ninth, compared to Hammes’ 12th place.

FPO Event Winner Odds

Silva Saarinen entered the European Open on a two-event winning streak, but her compatriot Salonen ended it. Saarinen is the joint-winningest player this season, with three triumphs in the bag. The Finn endured her worst return of the campaign in Estonia, but still averages 4.6 across the season. Eveliina Salonen was the culprit for ending Saarinen’s victorious run. The result marked her second success of the year, after only six appearances.

The FPO DGPT World Standings leader, Holyn Handley, touches down in Scandinavia as the favorite. She’s collected top honours twice in ten appearances, and will want to put last weekend behind her quickly. Her seventh-place finish isn’t bad on paper, but for Handley, it marked her second-worst return in 2026.

FPO Expert Pick

The battle is fierce in our quest to find the FPO expert pick, but last weekend’s winner, Eveliina Salonen, prevails. Salonen has lifted two trophies in her last three DGPT tournaments. She’s also priced as a value for money option at +521 for the win. A $20.00 wager on the Finn might payout $124.20.

Top 3 Odds

Eveliina Salonen is among our top picks to take the title in Sweden, but she’s offering value for a top three. Granted, she has only managed the feat twice in six starts, but she won on both occasions. The sportsbooks have her at +138, which is fair value for a player coming off two wins in three tournaments.

We expected more from Salonen’s fellow Finn, Henna Blomroos, last weekend. She blew us away in her opening events Stateside in the spring, where she racked up two top threes in her first four starts. However, she hasn’t broken into the top three since the KCWO. Missy Gannon starts with short odds, despite failing to break into the top three clubs this campaign. She’s produced three fourth-place returns and averages 5.33 after nine outings.

Top 5 Odds

Eveliina Salonen takes on the Ymergårdens Discgolfcenter with short, but fair odds for a top five. The Finn boasts a 50% top five portfolio in her six events. Salonen’s compatriot, Henna Blomroos, carries the same record in this department, but she’s dropped outside of the top 10 in her previous two appearances.

Despite the short odds of our favorites, there is still value to be had in the FPO top-five market. Ella Hansen features at +229, coming off three top fives in her past four competitions. The Seattleite struggled to break into the top five until Barbasol, but now she’s becoming a regular threat to the position. Kat Mertsch carries three top fives with her into Sweden, highlighting her capabilities. The challenge is that she’s only managed the achievement twice in her past five events.

Top 10 Odds

Anniken Kristiansen Steen touches down in Sweden for only her seventh appearance this year. She finished eighth last weekend to earn her third consecutive top ten finish, justifying her negative odds. Kat Mertsch is a four-time top 10 finisher in 2026, but her last one came at the Cascade Open nearly a month ago.

Leading the top 10 value charge at +162 is Siintja Klezberga, fresh off a sixth-place finish in Estonia. She averages 11.29 heading into the Swedish Open, and has only missed the top 10 twice in seven attempts this campaign. Rebecca Don caps off our top 10 candidates, boasting two in her last three events. We had higher hopes for her last weekend, but she eventually dropped back into a tie for 24th.

Henna Blomroos and Anniken Kristiansen Steen have found themselves on the same tee sheet in only three tournaments this year. It doesn’t give us much of a sample size to draw from, but as it stands, Kristiansen rules the roost. She’s finished ahead of Blomroos in two of those events, including last weekend when she ended in eighth, while the Finn settled for a tie for 11th place. Despite Kristiansen’s recent superiority, she starts this clash as the underdog.
