The street circuits keep coming as we move to Southeast Asia. Drivers are tested in severe humidity. The Marina Bay circuit is exquisite under lights, but inclement weather and the subsequent wet track might produce a repeat of the 2022 event with six racers retiring.

Dates: 17-19 October
Location: Circuit of the Americas, United States
Round two of Formula 1 in the United States takes us to the Circuit of the Americas. After three years of consistent winning at COTA, Max Verstappen finally showed he was human, finishing third behind Charles Leclerc. It seems the Monegasque driver likes this track, as he set the lap record here in 2019.
Round 20: FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO 2025
Dates: 24-26 October
Location: Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Mexico City
The Latin American leg of the tour kicks off in Mexico, a track that Carlos Sainz blitzed around last year. It was the best result by Ferrari in Mexico in years, claiming the first two spots on the podium. Verstappen won three races at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez between 2021 and 2023, beating Lewis Hamilton into second on each occasion.

Location: Interlagos circuit, Brazil
Formula 1 in Latin America concludes with the Sao Paulo Grand Prix. Last year, Max Verstappen produced one of the races of his career. He started seventeenth on the grid and brought down the checkered flag nineteen seconds ahead of second place Esteban Ocon.
The challenge with this track is storm surges that flood it without warning. In the last two outings, an average of five drivers did not finish.

After an arduous season of globetrotting, the 2025 Formula 1 campaign concludes in Abu Dhabi. The famed night grand prix was controlled by Max Verstappen until 2024 when Lando Norris broke his run. Max won every race at Yas Island between 2020 and 2024 and finished on the podium in 2018 and 2019.
Kevin Magnussen set the fastest lap in Abu Dhabi last season, but we will not see him behind the wheel in 2025.

The oldest purpose-built race track in Europe is ready for another exhilarating battle. Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc have won 50% of the last 8 showdowns at Monza, and this year the two have teamed up. Charles will defend his title, while Lewis is looking for his first podium in Northern Italy since 2019.
Round 17: FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX 2025
Dates: 19-21 September
Location: Baku circuit, Azerbaijan
Seven of the top ten finishers in the 2024 Azerbaijan Grand Prix used Mercedes engines. Oscar Piastri won in his McLaren Mercedes, and Leclerc, Bearman, and Verstappen used Ferrari and Honda engines, respectively. Charles Leclerc finished on the podium in 2023 and 2024 and is the lap record holder.
Round 18: FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 2025
Dates: 3-5 October
Location: Marina Bay Street Circuit, Singapore
The street circuits keep coming as we move to Southeast Asia. Drivers are tested in severe humidity. Lando Norris was in a world of his own last year, beating Max Verstappen by almost twenty-one seconds. The Marina Bay circuit is exquisite under lights, but inclement weather and the subsequent wet track might produce a repeat of the 2022 event with six racers retiring.
Round 19: FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX 2025
Dates: 17-19 October
Location: Circuit of the Americas, United States
Round two of Formula 1 in the United States takes us to the Circuit of the Americas. After three years of consistent winning at COTA, Max Verstappen finally showed he was human, finishing third behind Charles Leclerc. It seems the Monegasque driver likes this track, as he set the lap record here in 2019.
Round 20: FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO 2025
Dates: 24-26 October
Location: Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Mexico City
The Latin American leg of the tour kicks off in Mexico, a track that Carlos Sainz blitzed around last year. It was the best result by Ferrari in Mexico in years, claiming the first two spots on the podium. Verstappen won three races at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez between 2021 and 2023, beating Lewis Hamilton into second on each occasion.
Round 21: FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES GRANDE PRÊMIO DE SÃO PAULO 2025
Dates: 7-9 November
Location: Interlagos circuit, Brazil
Formula 1 in Latin America concludes with the Sao Paulo Grand Prix. Last year, Max Verstappen produced one of the races of his career. He started seventeenth on the grid and brought down the checkered flag nineteen seconds ahead of second place Esteban Ocon.
The challenge with this track is storm surges that flood it without warning. In the last two outings, an average of five drivers did not finish.
Round 22: FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025
Dates: 20-22 November
Location: Las Vegas Strip circuit, Las Vegas
The Las Vegas strip was where Max Verstappen put the driver’s championship out of reach of his peers in 2024. “Mad Max” was defending his 2023 Las Vegas title but settled for sixth in the grand prix behind George Russell. Lando Norris set the lap record in Vegas last year, clocking 1:34.876.
Round 23: FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS QATAR GRAND PRIX 2025
Dates: 28-30 November
Location: Lusail Circuit, Qatar
Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton are the only men to have won an F1 race at the Lusail Circuit. Lewis won the inaugural edition, and Max went back to back in 2023 and 2024. The Dutch driver has also never finished off the podium in Qatar.
Round 24: FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2025
Dates: 5-7 December
Location: Yas Island circuit, Abu Dhabi
After an arduous season of globetrotting, the 2025 Formula 1 campaign concludes in Abu Dhabi. The famed night grand prix was controlled by Max Verstappen until 2024 when Lando Norris broke his run. Max won every race at Yas Island between 2020 and 2024 and finished on the podium in 2018 and 2019.
Kevin Magnussen set the fastest lap in Abu Dhabi last season, but we will not see him behind the wheel in 2025.

Six sprint races are scheduled for 2025, starting in round 2 at the Chinese Grand Prix. The action is scarce in the first part of the season but gathers pace from the USA Grand Prix onwards.
The final sprint race is set for the Lusail circuit in Qatar on Saturday, November 29, during the penultimate race weekend of the year.
