The Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals begin on Thursday, August 15th, in Minnesota. Doug Kalitta will make his 600th NHRA start this weekend, which is the most in NHRA Top Fuel history at Brainerd International Raceway. Not only is Kalitta at the top of the Top Fuel standings heading into BIR, but he is also looking to get his third win at the track. His last win at BIR was back in 2005. Kalitta is currently favored to win Top Fuel this weekend at +655.
