The GC remained unchanged after a chaotic stage with Mathieu van der Poel set to don the yellow jersey for a second day tomorrow. Pre-race favorite Tadej Pogačar is only four seconds back.
King of the Mountains
Tim Wellens claimed the only KOM point on offer today and is tied with Pogi on three points for the polka dot jersey. However, the Belgian will wear the outfit on the fourth stage.
Points Classification (Green Jersey)
The battle for the Points Classification jersey heated up on Monday after incumbent Philipsen crashed out coming into the final stages of the intermediate sprint. His misfortune opened the door for Jonathan Milan to snatch the shirt, carrying a meagre four-point buffer over Binian Girmay.
Best Young Rider
Kévin Vauquelin retains the white jersey but lost eight seconds on the stage, to now only lead by 31 seconds from Joseph Blackmore. Five riders are sitting 39 seconds behind the leader, including a highly fancied Remco Evenepoel.
