He won the overall with a 2-1 moto score at Washougal MX Park in Washougal, Washington, and he did it at the Pro Motocross Championship’s final West Coast stop, Round 25 of the 2026 Monster Energy SMX World Championship and the series’ annual Military Appreciation Race. The result gave Lawrence his fifth win of the season and his second straight victory, and it pushed him farther ahead in the 450SMX standings with three races left.
Lawrence managed the day with two steady motos and kept the pressure on the riders around him. The overall mattered even more because it came with points on the line in a tight stretch of the season. He now leads Jett Lawrence by 12 points in the 450SMX standings. That margin gives him a cushion, but it also keeps the title fight close enough that every moto from here matters. Cole Davies owned the 250SMX Class with a clean 1-1 sweep. He handled both motos and left Washougal with the overall victory, while Ryder DiFrancesco finished second and Chance Hymas took third. The result gave the 250 class a clear winner on a day when the 450 title race took most of the attention. Davies delivered the strongest ride of the class and backed it up across both motos.
The win also changed the standings picture. Davies moved back into the 250 title fight and back into second place ahead of Julien Beaumer. That makes the 250 chase tighter again as the series moves on, and it puts Davies back in position to challenge from near the front. Washougal gave him the kind of day that can reset momentum in a title race. He left with the overall, the sweep and a better spot in the standings.
