David Gravel (+221)

David Gravel endured his worst race of the season on day two of the Cowtown Classic, finishing fifth. The series leader is yet to finish outside the top five, driving down victory lane three times this year already. The Watertown native arrives in Paige, with four podiums under the hood in his last five races.

Carson Macedo (+482).

Despite winning the season opener, Carson Macedo has proved erratic at times. After his day one win at DIRTcar Nationals he finished 12th in the second race, but has managed to maintain a top 10 decorum since. The third-ranked driver starts this weekend with two podiums to his name in the last three races.

Michael “Buddy” Kofoid (+501)

Expectations were high for “Buddy” Kofoid at the start of his sophomore WoO campaign, but he started shaky, finishing outside the top 20 in the opener. He only earned his first top 10 of the season in the fourth race,  but has since kept his driving tidy, even picking up a win in the final race at Kennedale Speedway Park.

Giovanni Scelzi (+1152)

Californian, Giovanni Scelzi took his first checkered flag of the campaign in the first race at Kennedale. He backed it up with a third-place run in the second race, pushing him up to seventh in the series. Before he arrived in Texas last week, Scelzi had only finished inside the top 10 twice.

Logan Schuchart (+2275)

Long odds are attached to Logan Schuchart despite lying second in the standings and collecting four podiums this year. Only once did Schuchart finish outside the top 10  this season, and he’s registered three top fives in the last four races.

Expert Pick

When David Gravel is this dominant you have to stick with him. The man hasn’t finished outside of the top five all season and stood on the podium eight times in ten races. Sportsbooks have Gravel at +221 to win the Texas Two-Step, with a potential return of $64.20 on a $20 bet.
